K-Gymnastics Club

Welcome to K-Gymnastics. We are a young, popular and rapidly growing family based club located in central Hemel Hempstead 20 miles North of London.

Our club opened in March 2018, relocating in April 2019 to offer more classes, and we are currently based in a fantastic newly built sports hall at Hemel Hempstead School.

Our Club is affiliated to Eastern Counties Gymnastics Association and Hertfordshire Gymnastics Association, as well as being members of British Gymnastics.

We run recreational classes (4 - 14 year olds) as well as sessions for our squad members.
Our recreational classes operate a badge system, ensure gymnasts maximise their time on equipment, while always promoting a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere for the children.
